Mediation service can be offered in English or Mandarin Chinese. Parties can be either with or without attorney at any stage of the litigation. As a neutral party who facilitates the negotiation between the parties, mediator can't give any legal advice. All information shared during the mediation will remain confidential and can't be used by either party in further legal proceedings. Agreements reached during mediation are enforceable once filed with the court.
